• French Speaking Client Support Specialist — Sustainable Tech Marketplace (Email Only)
• Are you fluent in French and passionate about tech and sustainability? Join a global customer experience leader with modern offices in Barcelona. You'll be supporting one of Europe's fastest-growing online marketplaces for refurbished electronics, helping sellers via email to make the platform efficient, transparent, and customer-friendly.
• Location: Office based in Barcelona, Spain
• Salary: €22,000 gross per year + up to €2,400 gross annual bonus
• R Contract: Full-time, 39 hours per week
• Relocation Package Provided — including flight and initial accommodation support
• What you'll do:
• Respond to seller queries by email, providing clear, timely support.
• Help sellers use platform features effectively and educate them on best practices.
• Act as a mediator between internal teams and sellers to resolve issues.
• Report technical malfunctions by testing different scenarios.
• Keep databases up to date with seller interactions and technical notes.
• Share updates on new features and assist in improving FAQs to reduce future queries.

• Native or C2 level French and strong English skills (B2+).
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving ability.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly.
• A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

English and French

• €22,000 gross/year
