• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, social media and mobile apps
• Actively listen to customers' needs, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
• Communicate in Hebrew and switch to English (B2) when needed

• Hebrew: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Lithuania

English and Hebrew

Monday to Sunday, 8.5-hour shifts between 09:00 and 22:00

• €2,125 gross/year
• €2,125 gross per month
• Performance-based bonus model
