German speaking Quality Assessor/ Trainer - Remote

• é What You'll Do
• Evaluate agent interactions across phone, email, and chat channels to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback, coaching, and action plans to improve performance and consistency
• Develop and deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members
• Identify knowledge gaps and create improvement plans with team leaders
• Analyse quality results and performance data to identify trends and implement solutions
• Collaborate with management and client teams to align QA results with training priorities
• Maintain documentation of QA evaluations and training activities

• C2 level German (native or near-native)
• B2 level English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or Coaching within a contact centre environment
• Excellent communication and feedback-delivery skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to identify improvement areas and propose solutions confidently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong interest in customer experience and people development
