German speaking Quality Assessor/ Trainer - Office Based

• é What You'll Do
• Evaluate agent interactions across phone, email, and chat channels to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Deliver feedback, coaching, and structured improvement plans to enhance agent performance
• Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions
• Identify knowledge gaps and create tailored learning paths for individuals and teams
• Analyse QA results and present performance insights to management
• Collaborate with leadership to align training programmes with business and client goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, reports, and training activities

• C2 level German (native or near-native)
• B2 level English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or Coaching within a contact centre environment
• Strong communication, mentoring, and feedback-delivery skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to identify and resolve performance gaps effectively
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural office environment
