• é What You'll Do
• Lead and motivate a team of multilingual customer service representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and one-to-one coaching
• Monitor and analyse team KPIs such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Create and implement action plans to improve team performance and engagement
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
• Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and client expectations
• Handle escalations professionally and provide clear guidance to resolve customer issues
• Collaborate closely with project management, QA, and training teams to drive performance excellence

• C2 level German (native or near-native)
• B2 level English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a contact centre environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Analytical and organised, with a focus on KPI delivery and quality standards
• Confident communicator who builds trust and motivates teams
• Able to manage performance under pressure and adapt quickly to change
• Passionate about creating an inspiring and high-performing team culture
