• é What You'll Do
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat from Dutch-speaking customers
• Provide accurate information on products, orders, and deliveries
• Build trust through clear, engaging, and empathetic communication
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools and follow all support procedures
• Achieve personal and team performance goals (sales and service)
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell during customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction

• C2 level Dutch (native or near-native fluency)
• B2 level English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (especially in retail, e-commerce, or tech)
• Good PC literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to work independently from home in a professional workspace
• Sales orientation is key — you'll have the freedom to create value while helping customers find exactly what they need.

English and Dutch

• Monday to Friday, rotating between 09:00 and 22:00 (Greece time)
