• What You'll Do
• Provide hardware & technical support (Dutch & English)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Escalate complex cases to engineering teams
• Document cases in internal systems
• Start with day shifts in centre; later include remote evening, night & weekend shifts
• 1-month induction in the Netherlands (all expenses covered)
• What You'll Get

• Dutch: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Portugal
