• Join a fast-growing BPO in Lisbon that partners with a leading global engineering & automation company to deliver top-tier support across Europe.
• What You'll Do
• Provide hardware & technical support (German & English)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Escalate complex cases to engineering teams
• Document all interactions in internal systems
• Start with day shifts on-site; later support evening, night & weekend shifts remotely
• One-month induction in Germany (all expenses covered)
• What You'll Get

• German: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Portugal

• €18,500 gross/year
• €400 / month language bonus (paid over 14 salaries)
