• You'll be supporting a fast-growing European digital bank that's revolutionising online banking with its mobile-first approach. As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be helping customers manage their everyday banking with confidence and ease.
• What you'll do
• Manage incoming calls, chats and emails from Italian-speaking customers
• Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
• Build trust and relationships through open and professional communication
• Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and systems
• Meet personal and team targets for case handling and service quality
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (B2+)
• Passion for customer care and problem solving
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit)

• €1,100 gross/month
• Welcome Bonus: €100 gross per month for the first 12 months

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
