• What you'll do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for a leading digital banking project
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service for English-speaking clients
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
• Complete a structured training and nesting programme (1 month total)

• Minimum C1 English level (spoken and written)
• At least 2 years of customer service or support experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Fintech or Financial Services
• Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
• Ability to work flexible hours (rotational shifts 16:00 — 04:00, Mon—Sun)
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

English (C1 or above)
