• We are looking for Dutch speakers (C2 level) with English (B2) to join a multilingual team in Greece, providing exceptional customer support to businesses and individuals using secure payment and transaction solutions.
• This is a hybrid role, combining the benefits of office collaboration with the flexibility of working from home.

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2)
• Strong English (B2)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience preferred

English and Dutch

Monday — Friday, 09:00 — 18:30

• €1,450 gross/month
• €1,450 gross per month (14 payments per year)
• Welcome bonus: €100 per month for the first 6 months
• Performance bonus: up to 10% when meeting targets, and up to 12% when overachieving
• Daily cash bonus (Mastercard):
• €3 net per working day during first 12 months
• €6 net per working day after 12 months
• Signing bonus: €50 net per month (meal voucher card) for the first year
