• Handle after-sales enquiries: order tracking, returns, refunds, and general customer questions
• Provide support to online shoppers across Europe
• Start dates:

• Polish (B2+) and English or Croatian (B2)
• Based in Croatia, Serbia, or Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

• €1,250 gross/month
• Croatia: €1,250 gross + €70 net monthly add-ons
• Serbia: €1,100 gross + €60 net monthly add-ons
• Bosnia & Herzegovina: 2,156 BAM gross + 317 BAM net monthly add-ons
• All roles are fully remote, with equipment, training, and local employment contracts provided.
