• Deliver top-quality customer support via phone, email, social media and mobile apps
• Actively listen to customers, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
• Communicate in Hebrew and switch to English (B2) when required

• Hebrew: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Latvia

English and Hebrew

Monday to Sunday, 8.5-hour shifts between 09:00 and 22:00

• €1,800 gross/year
• €1,800 gross per month
• Additional health insurance
