This is a non-voice content moderation role, focused on reviewing and analysing digital content to ensure it meets cultural, political, and community standards. Accuracy, awareness of online trends, and strong decision-making skills are essential.

• German: Native level
• English: B2
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong awareness of cultural, political, and social environments
• Hybrid work model (mix of office-based and home-based)
• Shifts:
• " Monday—Friday 09:00—18:00
• " Monday—Friday 11:00—20:00
• Only candidates currently living in Sofia will be considered
