• You will be supporting a world-leading manufacturer of industrial machinery, construction equipment, engines, and heavy-duty solutions. The project focuses on assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service-related enquiries.

In this role, you will support Portuguese-speaking customers with enquiries related to machinery, equipment, and after-sales service. You will handle customer requests, provide solutions, and ensure a high-quality service experience in a technical environment (no previous technical experience needed—full training provided).

• Portuguese: C2
• English: B2
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work full-time in Sofia
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
