• About the End Client
• This role supports a major global professional networking and digital hiring platform used by companies around the world to recruit talent, manage hiring pipelines and run data-driven recruitment campaigns. The project focuses on helping corporate clients successfully adopt and engage with a suite of digital hiring tools.

• As a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with new enterprise users of a large digital hiring platform, ensuring they are fully onboarded, engaged and successful with their tools. You will support system integrations, track adoption milestones, identify areas for improvement and assist with troubleshooting.
• This role suits someone analytical, structured and comfortable working with data, systems and customer lifecycle processes.
• Provide quality assurance by checking all client product integrations
• Drive implementation setup for new enterprise customers
• Ensure adoption, usage and engagement with the digital hiring platform
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers on best practices
• Track lifecycle milestones, including onboarding and activation
• Record customer activity in CRM systems in a timely manner
• Triage and support troubleshooting requests

• Fluent German + fluent English (written & verbal)
• Experience analysing data, trends and customer information
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients
• Strong time-management and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (queues, cases, tickets)
• Able to build trust and strong relationships quickly

• €3,300 gross/month
