• You will handle both inbound and outbound communication with German-speaking customers, supporting their account needs and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services. All tools, systems and training are provided in English.
• This is a fully office-based role in Athens.

• German: C2 (written & spoken)
• English: B2 (written & spoken)
• Eligible candidates must already hold an AFM and AMKA in Greece
• Comfortable with inbound & outbound communication
• Strong customer-orientation and sales mindset
• Ability to work in a structured KPI-driven environment
• Training is provided in English, so good comprehension is required

• About the End Project
• This role supports a leading international online financial services and digital banking platform, known for fast, secure money transfers, multi-currency accounts and modern financial tools used globally. You will assist existing and new customers and help drive growth through proactive outbound and inbound engagement.

• €1,300 gross/month
• €350 language allowance
• €50 project allowance
• Additional Bonuses:
• Sales Bonus: Average €100—€500 gross
• Performance Bonus: Up to 30% monthly based on KPIs (paid after month 4)
