Operations Team Lead — Manchester, UK

As an Operations Team Lead, you will guide, mentor and develop a team responsible for delivering high-quality operational outcomes in a fast-moving technology environment. You will provide leadership through transition periods, helping teams build strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. This is a strategic, people-focused role requiring excellent communication and a passion for team development.

• Provide mentorship, coaching and career development to team members
• Establish escalation pathways and ensure processes are followed
• Lead a high-performing team through operational changes and capability building
• Set team goals and support direct reports with execution strategies
• Track progress, review performance and communicate results effectively
• Identify insights, recommend improvements and influence operational strategy

• Minimum 2 years' experience in people management
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability
• Confident in delivering constructive feedback and corrective action plans
• Strong understanding of confidentiality standards
• Passion for developing team members and building capability
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills

English (C1 or above)

• £32,500 — £35,000 per year, depending on experience
