• You will support a fast-growing digital insurance platform designed to simplify policy management, claims handling and insurance-related services through an intuitive online interface. The platform focuses on delivering fast, transparent and customer-friendly insurance experiences.

• As a Czech-speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will assist users with insurance-related enquiries, account updates, claims guidance and platform navigation. You will handle digital communication channels professionally and ensure a high-quality service experience.
• This position is fully remote, but you must be located in Croatia to apply.

• Provide customer support via digital channels (email, chat, platform tools)
• Resolve queries related to insurance products, accounts and claims
• Document interactions accurately and maintain account information
• Guide users through digital workflows and platform features
• Maintain high service-quality standards and compliance
• Support a positive, professional remote-working environment

• Czech: C1 minimum (written & verbal)
• English: B2
• Must currently reside in Croatia
• Strong communication skills in Czech (C1) and English (B2)
• Customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
