• — Identify and develop new business opportunities
• — Engage with potential business clients through outbound outreach
• — Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• — Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities for the wider sales team
• — Understand client business goals and offer tailored solutions
• — Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data within CRM systems
• — Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• — Collaborate with internal teams to maximize client success

• — Fluent German (native or near-native level)
• — Good English communication skills
• — Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• — Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• — Commercial mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• — Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• — CRM knowledge is an advantage
