• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build long-lasting relationships through clear and friendly communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
• Meet personal and team targets, including call-handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Previous experience in customer support or client service is an advantage
• Fluency in Norwegian
• Good level of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong focus on customer needs with an understanding of customer behaviours
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your performance

English and Norwegian

• €18,200 gross/year
