• An international sales team is hiring a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and build a strong sales pipeline in a dynamic B2B environment.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Engage decision-makers via phone, email, our client, and other digital channels
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales teams
• Use CRM systems to track activity and manage leads effectively
• Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
• Consistently achieve outreach and pipeline generation targets

• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting

English and Spanish

• €1,670 gross/month
• €1,670 Gross Monthly Salary
