• A high-performing B2B digital sales organisation is hiring a German-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to run a full-cycle pipeline, engage decision-makers, and consistently hit sales targets in a modern remote environment.

• Manage inbound + outbound B2B sales activity across the funnel
• Engage prospects via phone, email, video and social outreach
• Identify alternative decision-makers using Sales Navigator and lead gen methods
• Maintain a clean pipeline and document activity in the CRM
• Qualify and transition opportunities to onboarding
• Track/report performance metrics and follow sales cadences + SLAs

• Fluent German + English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years' sales experience (tech/digital advertising ideal)
• Strong lead generation, qualification and pipeline management skills
• Comfortable working independently and at pace
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)

English and German

• €4,300 gross/month
• 2,000 BGN target bonus
