• A global marketing-focused B2B sales team is hiring Italian-speaking Account Executives to manage a portfolio of business customers, grow revenue, and deliver consultative optimisation advice in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and execute a strategic plan for your portfolio using defined tools/processes
• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new accounts
• Achieve sales targets and maximise opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field
• Run a multichannel sales approach (email, phone, online meetings)
• Use consultative selling to understand client goals and provide optimisation recommendations
• Educate clients and translate marketing objectives into actionable strategies
• Act as the main point of contact, investigate issues, and deliver solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge, best practices, and benchmarks
• Hit quarterly sales goals and KPIs

• Fluent Italian + English (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environment (required)
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and pipeline management
• Comfortable with value-based selling and working at pace
• Marketing experience is a strong advantage
• Organised, self-disciplined, motivated
• MS Office skills
• CRM experience is a plus

English and Italian

• €3,300 gross/month
• 1,425 BGN target bonus
