• What You'll Do
• Provide exceptional support to customers in German across phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with efficiency and care
• Represent global brands from industries including technology, social media, retail, and travel
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• Work as part of an international, multicultural team

• Native or C2 German + B2 English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude

English and German

Hold an EU passport

• €1,300 gross/month
• €1300-1500 gross/month × 14 salaries per year plus Bonus
• Relocation package: one-way flight + 2 weeks' paid accommodation
