• What You'll Do
• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure service excellence
• Provide feedback and coaching to frontline advisors
• Analyse data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team leaders to enhance the customer experience
• Support compliance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

• Native-level Danish + good English (B2+)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or quality assurance is a plus
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
• EU work rights (no visa sponsorship)
