Czech Speaking Sales Executives - Based in Athens

• We are looking for a motivated Czech-speaking Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing international team in Athens, supporting one of the world's largest social media and digital advertising platforms.
• This role combines consultative sales, digital marketing exposure, and performance-driven growth. You will work with both direct advertisers and agencies, helping them maximize the impact of their online advertising campaigns.
• Whether you already have digital advertising experience or strong B2B sales experience — what matters most is your ambition, drive, and hunger to succeed.

• — Manage a portfolio of advertisers (agencies & direct clients)
• — Handle both inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach
• — Identify growth opportunities and upsell advertising solutions
• — Advise clients on campaign setup, optimization & performance improvement
• — Track KPIs and ensure clients achieve strong ROI
• — Build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• — Collaborate with internal specialists when advanced solutions are required
• — Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets
• You won't just sell — you'll consult, optimize, and grow accounts.

• — Fluent Czech (native or near-native level)
• — Strong English (B2)
• — Sales experience (B2B or target-driven environment preferred)
• — Comfortable managing a book of business in a fast-paced setting
• — Confident working toward targets and bonuses
• — Digital advertising knowledge is a plus
• — Valid full-time work right in Greece

English and Czech

• €1,200 gross/month
• Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month
• Personal Performance Bonus: Up to €300/month (many top performers earn this consistently)
• Quarterly Bonus: €300 extra rewards
• Project Bonus: €150 gross/month
• Welcome Bonus: €83 gross/month (first 12 months)
• 14 salaries per year (standard in Greece)
• Daily cash incentives
• On-Target Earnings (OTE):
• Realistically €1,600 — €1,800+ per month and growing based on performance.
• High performers significantly exceed this.
