• We are looking for a driven Italian-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team in Athens, supporting one of the world's largest social media and digital advertising platforms.
• This is a performance-driven role where you will combine consultative sales skills with digital marketing exposure, helping businesses grow through innovative online advertising solutions.

• — Manage a portfolio of business clients (agencies & direct advertisers)
• — Handle both inbound leads and proactive outreach
• — Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• — Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions
• — Support campaign setup, optimization & performance tracking
• — Monitor KPIs and proactively improve campaign results
• — Build strong, long-term client relationships
• — Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• — Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems

• — Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
• — Strong English (B2)
• — Previous sales experience (B2B or target-driven environment preferred)
• — Comfortable managing a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced setting
• — Confident working toward targets and performance bonuses
• — Interest or knowledge in digital advertising is a plus
• — Valid full-time work right in Greece

English and Italian

• €1,150 gross/month
• €1,150 gross per month
• €150 monthly project bonus
• €250 performance bonus
• — Salary paid in 14 instalments per year (standard in Greece)
