• We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Account Manager to join a high-performing international team in Athens, supporting advertisers on a leading global search and digital advertising platform.
• This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will combine consultative selling, digital marketing expertise, and relationship management to help businesses scale their advertising performance across search, professional networking, video, and display channels.

• — Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking advertisers and agencies
• — Act as a trusted digital marketing consultant
• — Develop and optimize campaign strategies
• — Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
• — Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• — Support onboarding of new partners
• — Drive revenue growth and long-term client retention
• — Stay up to date with digital trends and platform innovations

• — Fluent German (native or near-native level)
• — Very good English (B2+/C1)
• — Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management
• — Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Advertising (campaign strategy & performance analysis)
• — Proven track record in client engagement and revenue growth
• — Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar)
• — Agency experience is a plus

English and German

• " On-site in Athens for the first 6 months
• " Hybrid model after 6 months (3 days office / 2 days remote) based on performance
• " Fixed working hours:
• Monday—Friday, 09:00—17:00
• OR
• Monday—Friday, 10:00—18:00
• No weekend shifts.

• €18,900 gross/year
• €250 monthly performance bonus (paid quarterly)
• €150 monthly project bonus
• €400 monthly project incentive
• €166.60 monthly welcome bonus (first 12 months)
