• Hours: 37.5-hour week, shifts between Mon—Sun, 09:00—01:00 (rotas for flexibility!) + fantastic benefits
• Salary: €1300 gross/month + 10% monthly performance (14 salaries/year)
• Bonus: Up to 10% performance bonus monthly (after 3 months, based on KPIs)
