Customer Service Advisor – Danish-speaking

• What You'll Do
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers and delivery partners
• Support with order-related issues, refunds, and payment queries
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
• Maintain accurate records of every case handled
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and team success

• Fluent Danish (C2 level) and good English (B2 level)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 00:00
• Customer service experience is welcome but not essential — full training provided
