• € Your Mission
• — Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking advertisers and agencies
• — Build strong long-term client relationships
• — Act as a trusted digital marketing consultant
• — Develop high-performing advertising strategies across search, video, display & professional networking platforms
• — Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations
• — Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• — Drive customer retention and revenue growth
• — Support onboarding of new business partners
• — Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform innovations

• — Fluent German (native or near-native)
• — Strong English skills (B2+/C1)
• — Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Advertising
• — Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• — Passion for client success and business growth
• — Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar) is a plus
• — Agency or performance marketing experience is highly valued

English and German

• " On-site in Athens during the first 6 months
• " Hybrid model after 6 months (3 office / 2 remote) based on performance
• Monday—Friday
• 09:00 — 19:00 based on the supported region time zone
