• We are looking for German speakers (C2 level) with English (B2) to join a growing multilingual team in Greece.
• You will:
• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support related to financial services and customer accounts
• Deliver a high standard of customer care and problem resolution
• This is a hybrid position, combining office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.

• Native or near-native German (C2)
• Good English (B2)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
