• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support related to financial services and customer accounts
• Deliver professional, efficient, and solution-oriented customer service

• Native or near-native German (C2)
• Good English (B2)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
