Polish Speaking Content Moderator

• Polish-Speaking Content Moderator (Relocation Support Provided) — Thessaloniki, Greece
• Location: Thessaloniki City Centre (On-site)
• Schedule: 24/7 shift rotation | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week

• We're hiring Polish-speaking Content Moderators to support a leading online platform. You'll review user-generated content and apply clear internal guidelines to help keep the platform safe, respectful, and compliant.
• What You'll Do
• Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) in line with policy guidelines
• Make accurate decisions and document outcomes clearly
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required
• Work towards daily quality and productivity targets
• Follow processes consistently and professionally

• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2)
• Willing to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site in the city centre
• Strong attention to detail and good judgement
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment
• Resilient mindset — some content may be sensitive
• Previous experience in content moderation/customer support is a plus (not required)

• €1,100 gross/month
