• What You'll Do
• Provide exceptional support to customers in Dutch across phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with efficiency and care
• Represent global brands from industries including technology, social media, retail, and travel
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• Work as part of an international, multicultural team

• Native or C2 Dutch + B2 English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude

English and Dutch

• €1,500 gross/month
• Salaries vary by campaign and range from € 1145 - 1700 gross (with room in shared apartment - and € 1400 - 1960 gross (without apartment) - including all benefits
