• You'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to review online content and apply platform policies accurately and confidently.

• Review user-generated content across various platforms
• Identify and assess content that may violate platform policies
• Handle sensitive content, including:
• Hate speech
• Violent or harmful content
• Self-harm
• Sexual content
• Fraud and impersonation
• Follow guidelines to make fair and consistent decisions
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases when needed
• Work towards daily productivity and quality targets

• Must-have:
• Fluent German and strong English (C1 level)
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow guidelines
• Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content
• Good judgement and ability to stay objective
• No previous content moderation experience required — full training provided
• Role Details (The Important Stuff)
• 40 hours per week
• Shift-based schedule (Monday to Sunday)
• Working hours: 08:00—19:00
• 4 weeks of onsite training provided
• No leave permitted during the first 8 weeks
• Fully office-based in Dublin City Centre
• Background checks required
