• The Role
• As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll support customers with a friendly, solutions-first approach while maintaining high quality standards.
• What you'll be doing:
• Handling customer queries across live support channels (phone/email/chat depending on business needs)
• Supporting with login/access issues, billing and subscription questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Educating users on features and best practices
• Escalating issues when needed and following internal processes
• Keeping accurate case notes and meeting KPI/quality targets
• Strong communication skills and a calm, customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-led environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts across Mon—Sun, 09:00—22:00
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
