• Language Requirements: C1—C2 Swedish & B2 English (written & verbal)
• Channels: Phone & Email (training and tools in English)

• Native/near-native Swedish (C1—C2)
• Confident English (B2+)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for helping others
• EU work authorisation (no visa sponsorship)

• Contract: Unlimited (permanent)
• Salary: €1,300 gross/month (€950 base + €350 language allowance)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly after 3 months (paid from month 4)
