Dutch + French Customer Service

• Do you Speak Dutch and French and want to work with a major supplier of pneumatic cylinders, actuators, valves, and electric drives.
• Customer Service Representative (Dutch & French-speaking)

• What you'll do:
• Handle customer calls via a CRM portal
• Create quotations + orders in SAP
• Manage delivery expectations + updates
• Give basic product advice (catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first-level technical support to identify customer needs

• Dutch + French (bilingual/proficient) + advanced English
• Customer-first attitude + strong communication
• Commercial awareness + business mindset
• Interest in technical products
• Ready to commit to the project for at least 2 years
• High school graduate minimum
