• We are recruiting Danish-speaking professionals for two distinct opportunities:
• 1. Tech Support Role
• Supporting users of leading technology products and platforms
• 2. Retail Customer Service Role
• Assisting customers of major international retail brands

• Danish language: Minimum C1 level (fluent)
• English language: Minimum B2 level (upper intermediate)
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Croatia
• Entry level: No previous experience required - full training provided
• Location: Based in Croatia with remote working flexibility
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Tech Support Role:
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Excellent work-life balance
• Retail Customer Service Role:
• Monday to Saturday
