• — Manage and support a portfolio of business partners
• — Build strong long-term relationships with partners and resellers
• — Identify sales opportunities and drive business growth
• — Support partners with product recommendations and sales strategies
• — Monitor sales performance and provide business insights
• — Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner success
• — Maintain accurate pipeline activity within CRM systems
• — Achieve individual and team sales targets

• — Fluent German (native or near-native level)
• — Good English communication skills
• — Previous experience in Sales, Partner Management, Account Management, or Business Development is a plus
• — Strong communication and negotiation skills
• — Commercial mindset with passion for technology and sales
• — Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• — CRM experience is an advantage

• €1,300 gross/month
• — €1,400 gross monthly base salary
