• — Support business clients with digital advertising solutions
• — Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• — Identify sales opportunities and drive advertising growth
• — Advise clients on campaign optimization and best practices
• — Analyze advertising performance and provide recommendations
• — Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
• — Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success
• — Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform innovations

• — Fluent Polish (native or near-native level)
• — Good English communication skills
• — Previous experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Customer Support is a plus
• — Strong communication and negotiation skills
• — Commercial mindset with passion for digital media and online advertising
• — Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• — CRM or online advertising platform experience is an advantage
