• € What You'll Do
• — Identify and develop sales opportunities with business clients
• — Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
• — Build and manage strong client relationships
• — Support the full sales process from lead to close

• — Drive business growth through solution-based selling

• — Fluent Croatian (native or near-native)
• — Good English communication skills
• — Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Service experience is a plus
• — Strong communication and negotiation skills

• — Target-driven and results-oriented attitude
• — CRM experience is an advantage
