• As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will play a key role in reviewing moderation decisions, identifying quality gaps, and ensuring policies are applied consistently, fairly, and accurately across multiple workflows.
• What You'll Do
• Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows
• Audit sensitive content cases involving:
• Hate speech
• Violent threats
• Self-harm
• Sexual content
• Fraud and impersonation
• Exploitation
• Dangerous organisations
• Review escalated and high-risk cases to ensure moderation policies have been applied accurately and consistently
• Deliver structured and actionable feedback to moderators to improve quality and policy alignment
• Identify recurring error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities
• Support calibration sessions to maintain consistency across moderation teams
• Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Iraqi Arabic-speaking market when making nuanced moderation decisions
• Collaborate closely with operations and policy teams to maintain high quality standards
• Meet productivity and quality targets within a fast-paced operational environment
• This is a critical-thinking role where you will not simply review content, but also evaluate judgement calls and ensure policy decisions are applied with precision, consistency, and fairness.

• Previous content moderation experience is mandatory
• Fluent Iraqi Arabic and strong English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
• Strong policy interpretation and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical thinking skills
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content
• Ability to provide clear, constructive, and professional feedback
• Role Details
• 40 hours per week
• Shift-based schedule Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00
• 4 weeks onsite training provided
• No annual leave permitted during the first 8 weeks
• Fully office-based role in Dublin City Centre
• Background checks required as part of the hiring process
