• You'll be working for a major global customer experience employer in Sofia, supporting a premium business travel service that helps thousands of companies across 60+ markets manage their travel programmes with modern tools and exceptional service.
• What you'll be doing (your typical day)
• You'll deliver high-touch, human support to business travellers before and during their trips—solving issues fast and keeping journeys stress-free.
• You'll help with:
• Flights, hotels, rail travel and itinerary changes
• Rebooking, disruptions, urgent requests and travel questions
• Providing calm, confident guidance to corporate travellers worldwide
• Ensuring travellers arrive ready for meetings—and get home on time for life outside work
• What you need to have
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Working level of English
• Strong communication skills (especially on the phone) + active listening
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Organised, analytical, confident decision-maker
• A positive, team-first attitude
• High school education
• Nice to have (but not essential):
• Experience in travel, airline, hospitality or similar
• Customer experience centre/contact centre experience

• German: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria

• Full-time role
• Shift-based schedule between 09:00—20:00, Monday—Sunday

• €2,045 gross/month
• €2,045 gross/month base salary
