• You'll support a leading corporate travel management platform used by business travellers worldwide. The focus is on delivering smooth, efficient trip planning and real-time support—helping professionals stay on schedule, minimise disruption, and travel with confidence.

• Your typical day
• Deliver high-touch customer care to business travellers before and during their trips
• Find solutions for flights, hotels, rail travel and more
• Handle changes, disruptions, and urgent requests calmly and efficiently
• Ensure travellers arrive ready for meetings and return home on time
• What you need to have
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken)
• Working level of English
• Experience in travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry (advantage)
• Experience in a customer experience centre (advantage)

• Dutch: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria
