• What You'll Do
• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide professional and friendly support for account-related inquiries
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
• Build trust through clear communication and excellent service
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

• Native or near-native Italian (spoken and written)
• B2 English level or higher
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

English and Italian

• €1,100 gross/month
• €1,100 gross monthly salary
• Up to 10% monthly performance bonus
• Indefinite employment contract
