Norwegian Speaking Business Development Manager - Ararhus, Denmark

• Norwegian-speaking Business Development Manager role in Aarhus, Denmark (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home) with a company growing fast in affiliate marketing.
• What you'd be doing (BDM / outbound):
• Hunt and win new Norwegian e-commerce advertisers (cold outreach + pitching)
• Consult brands on how affiliate marketing will grow their business + build strategy
• Build and manage your own portfolio of Norwegian clients
• Upsell additional services once you're up to speed
• Work closely with the Nordic sales team in Aarhus

• Fluent Norwegian + English
• EU passport
• Sales/BDM/digital marketing experience preferred
• Comfortable being outbound (calls/emails) — proactive, not waiting for leads

• Mon—Fri 08:00—16:00 (37 hrs/week)
• Permanent contract (3-month probation)
• Training: 2—3 weeks
• Holiday: 25 days + Danish public holidays

• €5,887 gross/month
• 28,000—40,000 DKK/month + commission (negotiable depending on experience)
• Quarterly bonus (depends on seniority)

• Bonus examples:
• Junior: €50 per advertiser campaign (€25 if discounted) + €75 gross per contract where you're the contact person
• Senior: % of approved network margin where you're the contact person
