Tri Lingual German, Italian and English speaking Customer Support

• Tri-Lingual Customer Support Advisor (German + Italian + English) — Remote (Croatia or Serbia)
• If you're fluent in German, Italian, and English (C1 in all three) and want a stable remote role you can do from anywhere in Croatia or Serbia, this one's for you.
• You'll be supporting customers in three languages for a well-known global outsourcing company that partners with some of the world's biggest tech brands — on a project focused on helping people rent apartments for domestic use (not commercial).

As a Tri-Lingual Customer Support Advisor, you'll handle customer queries across German, Italian, and English, guiding users through the apartment rental journey and resolving issues clearly and professionally.

• Supporting customers via multiple channels (depending on the team setup)
• Answering questions about listings, bookings, and account queries
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
• Delivering a calm, helpful experience in all three languages
